How We Use AI

We use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help us work efficiently, so we can spend more of our time on you and your advice. Every recommendation is made by a qualified adviser, and every document we send you is reviewed by our team first.

AI meeting notes

With your permission, we use Zoom’s AI feature to transcribe our meeting and produce a written summary. This lets us focus on our conversation rather than taking notes.

• We check the summary, save the notes to your file, and delete the summary from Zoom within 2 days.
• Before we use any part of it with our AI drafting assistant, Claude, we remove your name and other details that identify you.
• Our conversation may cover your health, such as medical history or smoking status. If you agree, this may be included in the summary and in the redacted notes where it’s needed for your advice.

Your information

Zoom and Claude are provided under business contracts that keep your information confidential and stop it being used to train their AI systems. Information may be processed in the United States, protected by contract terms approved by the European Commission. Our Privacy Notice has more detail.

Your choice

You don’t have to agree. If you’d prefer, we’ll take notes by hand, and this won’t affect our service to you in any way. You can change your mind at any time, including during the meeting. Just let us know.
